Two new reports are available by Development Research Partners demonstrate the financial benefit of LRA reinvestment projects at Creekside and Belmar to the City of Lakewood and to the local economy. PDFs of these studies are available to the right.

Drive Time Analysis
Drive time analysis provides customer demographics within a 10 minute drive time. Drive time analysis factors in topography changes, barriers, and other obstacles that aren’t accounted for in radius demographics.
