Solterra

Carma Colorado is developing 282 acres of the Rooney Valley, located near Alameda and C-470. This residental development, named Solterra, will feature over 1,000 homes.

The first phase will be priced from the $400,000s to more than $1 million. Patio homes and townhomes will start from the mid-$200,000s in later phases. In addition, the development will include "The Retreat", a $4.8 million, 6,000- square-foot community center, and will also include 20 percent open space.

This development marks the first large-scale greenfield development in Lakewood in over 20 years, and will be the first time Lakewood is featured in the Parade of Homes. Anticipated build out is between 5 - 7 years.

Lakewood is a part of the Rooney Valley Joint Master Plan, an intergovernmental agreement adopted in 2002 between the City, Morrison and Jefferson County.
