Belmar

Continuum Partners is currently developing Belmar, a 103-acre downtown district for the City of Lakewood on the site of the former Villa Italia Mall. This nationally recognized mixed-use project combines retailers, boutiques, restaurants, cafes, theatres, offices, residences, artist studios, parks and plazas - all within 22 city blocks. The development includes more than 9,000 parking spaces in public parking garages and surface lots, and will eventually be home to a full-service hotel. Catering to the urban lifestyle, Belmar's streets, green areas and public art program are designed to encourage pedestrian traffic, promote community building and emphasize the importance of public spaces.

NAIOP Developer of the Year for 2005

Best of the Best: Urban Land Institute (ULI) Awards for Excellence: Awarded for converting a 1.4 million square foot regional mall into a 3.5 million square foot mixed-use, pedestrian-oriented downtown district.

Colorado Stormwater Excellence Program (CSEP) Pilot, Stage I Final Report. The report documents the remarkable success of the CSEP pilot program and of the individual participants in developing and implementing innovative practices to manage the water quality of stormwater runoff from constructions activities. Continuum Partners has stood out as a true leader in the construction industry.
