BELMAR
The 100-acre redevelopment site has 22 new blocks of retail, entertainment, office and residential. Some retailers include Dick's Sporting Goods, Coldwater Creek, Ann Taylor Loft, and DSW Shoes. COLFAX AND WADSWORTH
The Colfax and Wadsworth area is experiencing a large amount of reinvestment and renewal. Many new shops have relocated in both the Creekside and Colfax Central developments.
